Can you really make $25,000 A MONTH with a faceless brand?
The āfaceless brandā trend has been absolutely blowing up lately.
With AI tools making it⦠apparently easier⦠for people to pump out content and make tens of thousands of dollars onlineā¦
WITHOUT the need to show their face or put in very much time or effort at all.
ā¦apparently.
Whether itās AI images being shared on Instagramā¦
Or entire AI-generated video being shared on YouTube.
There are some pretty big claims out there right now about Faceless Brands, Faceless Marketing, and Faceless Automation Ć la AI.
And I wanted to knowā¦
Is all of this legit? Or are these people full of $H!T?!
Well, I watched the videos, so you donāt have toā¦
And there are 6 very important things you need to consider BEFORE you even think about starting a faceless AI brand.
Hey Posse, whatās up? Itās Alex.
If youāve been wondering whatās up with this āfaceless brandā thingā¦
Is it legit?
Is it really as easy as it sounds?
And is it worthwhile for you to start building one of these AI-generated brands? Then this is the blog for you.
You know I keep it real so you can stay relevant.
If you want to learn more about creating a brand people LOVE, make sure to subscribe to my newsletter so you can be first to know when my next tutorial goes up.
First of all ā letās answer the biggest question you have floating around in your nogging rightā¦
CAN you make money online with a faceless brand?
Yes.
Of course you can.
There are clearly people online who are doing it.
But that doesnāt mean itās EASY or LONG-TERM.
And one of the biggest reasons I see people wanting to try out this whole faceless brand thing is because of how āeasyā and ātime-savingā and āhands offā it is thanks to the wonder of AI.
I mean, if AI can tell you what topic is trending, write your script, edit your video, and produce all your content start to finishā¦
AND itāll make you moneyā¦
I mean I see the allure to that.
But after watching dozens of faceless marketing and faceless AI automation tutorialsā¦
I think youāll be surprised to learn what ACTUALLY goes into making a SUCCESSFUL faceless brand.
Here are the 6 things you need to consider before going āfacelessāā¦
And before you click away because you think Iām going to try and spin faceless brands to be a bad thing.
Stop right there ā because Iām open to being educated, which is why Iām also going to share clips directly from this guy ā āhow to AIā.
Who claims to have created the most profitable faceless YouTube channel with the help of AI.
So, letās get into it. The first thing I learned after watching these videos isā¦
#1: Research, Research, Research
If you want your content to stand out and get attentionā¦
You have to: “make videos about topics people are interested in.” And in order to do that you FIRST have to⦠“Pick a good niche and research interesting ideas.” The AI guys have a point here.
Okay, yeah.Ā I can get behind that. Thatās the first thing I always recommend to ANYONE who wants to start an online brand or start creating content.Ā
Get clear on who you serve and do your research to find out what type of things your ideal audience wants.
Obviously that takes a lot of work upfrontā¦
But surely, itās about to get a whole lot easier and time-saving once we get AI to start cranking out viral content for usā¦
Right?! Well⦠turns outā¦
#2: āItās A Bit Complicated.ā
“I’ve set up a literal automation factory to make posts for me, but it’s a bit complicated.” āAI Guy
Huh. You mean, you canāt just hop onto AI, plug your topic and boom youāre done?
You mean it takes WORK to figure out how to use it right?
Who wouldāve thought?
You guys ā Iāve been saying this for a LONG TIME.
Specifically about AI writing tools, like ChatGPT.
Anyone who actually tries AI will quickly find out that itās not the golden ticket they thought it would be.
While AI can definitely be a useful tool to help you research, brainstorm, and even get you started in the right directionā¦
Itās not exactly a copy & paste type of thingā¦
And apparently, when it comes to automating content creation, itās not as simple as āplug in your topic idea and press playā type of thing.
Which leads us to #3ā¦
#3: The Scripts Suck
As the AI guys say themselves, “AI Can write sure. But scripts suck if you don’t prompt the right way.”
Hmmm⦠yup.
Okay, so after you figure out how to work the ākind of complicatedā AI tools to get them to do what you wantā¦
You STILL are going to get sucky content. Cool.
So just go ahead and re-write that AI script to make it interesting, engaging, and less⦠robot-y.
Then what do you have to do?
#4: Must Tweak To āAbsolute Perfectionā
Righttttttt.
Okay, so edit the scriptā¦
Edit the imagesā¦
Edit the voiceoverā¦
Basically take what AI gives you and totally change and edit EVERYTHING?
Starting to feel like it would take a lot less time to just create the content yourself ā eh?
But surely, once you go through all these stepsā¦
You research your booty off to find the right niche and trending topicsā¦
You figure out how to work the ākind of complicatedā tools so you can do the stuff you want it to doā¦
You edit the sucky scriptsā¦
And you tweak the final result until itās absolute perfectionā¦
Surely THEN youāve hit gold and once you publish that content youāll be a viral sensation millionaire.
ā¦right?
Hmmmm. Wrong again.Ā ā
The next thing we need to know isā¦
#5: It Takes Time & Consistency
Now listenā¦
I am not trying to troll any “how to AI guy” or any of the other AI creators for that matterā¦
In fact, I totally agree with EVERYTHING some of them are sayingā¦
And I appreciate his transparency on what it really takes.
OF COURSE itās going to take time and consistency to see results.Ā
OF COURSE you want to strive to create great content that people find useful and entertaining and actually want to watch.
The difference between how to AI guy and me is that we have two very different conclusionsā¦
HE thinks that AI faceless brands and content automation are the best way to spend your time and energy to make money online.
And I do not…
Hereās why: Anyone can use AI to create a faceless brand today, which means, watch out, there are going to be a LOT MORE faceless brands on the internet.
Which means, yes you guessed itā¦
Weāre about to be drowning in EVEN MORE content that all kinda looks and feels the same.
And I donāt know about you, but I donāt feel very connected to a random cartoon dude with cool animations and an AI-generated voiceover.
The truth of the matter is⦠THANKS TO AI, our faces have become WAY more valuable than they ever were.
So do I think you should start a faceless brand in 2024?
Listen, Iām not saying itās a terrible idea, but it is if youāre completely forgetting the #1 most important thing that sets you apart from EVERY SINGLE OTHER CREATOR OUT THEREā¦
AI guy said it bestā¦
YUP ā āBranding is everything these days.ā
#6: āBranding is everything.ā
So can you use AI to whip up content⦠sure⦠and this guy did it well and capitalized on the surge in AI-related search terms to create a āprofitable channelā quickly…
But as more and more people listen to this advice and try to follow suit, and more and more generic faceless content is published online, to me, starting a faceless brand kinda feels like a race to the bottomā¦
Unless youāre offering something so unique and helpful that they canāt find anywhere else.
So if youāre starting to question what exactly about having a faceless brand is āeasierā, āfasterā or ābetterā…
Then youāre asking the right questions.
Because hereās the thing you guysā¦
THERE IS NO MAGIC BULLET TO MAKING MONEY ONLINE.
Anyone who claims there is, is selling you empty dreams…
Starting a faceless brand CAN work ā yes.
BUT, BUT, BUTā¦
It takes a lot of hard work, research, time, and dedication to make it work.
Because what people want more than anything right now boils down to something a lot more simple than creating stimulating and engaging content.
What people want most is CONNECTION and TRUST.
In fact, 86% of consumers say authenticity is important when deciding what brand to like and support.
Itās kind of hard to be authentic and build trust, when youāre a robot and not showing your face at ALL.
Right now, there is an ever-rising premium on HUMAN interactionā¦
Which means there is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING more valuable right now than a personal brandā¦
In fact, one of my really good friends recently found this out the hard wayā¦
He ran a very successful digital marketing company for years, which he was the āfaceā of. It was HIS brand.
He decided he didnāt want to be the āfaceā of his brand anymoreā¦
So he started a different digital marketing company without his faceā¦
And it never took off.
He told me that NOT putting his face on the company was the biggest mistake he made.
He realized that people CONNECTED with his first brand because they connected with HIM.
This is why many of the most successful brands out there also have a personality attached to themā¦
And itās also why we LOVE them or HATE THEM.
Examples of Personality-Based Brands
- Richard Branson and Virgin
- Gary Vee and Vayner Media
- Steve Jobs and Apple
- Elon Musk and Tesla
- Jeff Bezos and Amazon
- Sara Blakey and Spanx
- Kim Kardashain and Skims
- Alex Cattoni and The Copy Posse
Remember: In a world where more and more content is the sameā¦
You shouldnāt be asking yourself how you can be a duplicate and blend in by looking and sounding more and more alike every single dayā¦
You should be asking yourself what unique thing you have to offer the world…
And then let it shine.
You already have the perfect brand. Itās YOU. Please donāt hide behind a robot.
If you want to learn about the power of building a personal brand in the age of AIā¦
